1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Functional Breathing in Sport and in the Workplace Presentation ( Pre & Post session, regulating stress)

  • Practical exercises and training methods.

2:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Practice

  • Discover how controlled breathing can help manage stress and anxiety.
  • Techniques for improving focus and cognitive performance.

3:00 PM - 3.30 -  Downregulating and Clearing the mind techniques

3.30 PM - 4.00 PM: Q&A and Workshop Conclusion

  • Address any questions or concerns from participants.
