Workshop Overview:

The Human Workshop for Golf is for Professional golfers and the recreational golfer alike. The workshop will focus on 3 main pillars:

1. Mental Clarity – What you do mentally to build up to a game of golf, your focus during a game and what to do to improve mentally after a game.

2. Inner Calm – How you are breathing and regulating your anxieties and stresses before, during and after golf. What can you do at home or day to day to 

                                improve your bodily function.

3. Optimal Power – How you improve your mobility for golf, exercises to do Pre, During & Post golf rounds. Dealing with injuries.

                                         The combination of these 3 pillars will set you above your peers and give you that edge to improve, maintain and enjoy your golf more.


10:00 AM - 10:15 AM: Welcome

  • Sign-in, receive materials, outline of the workshop, plus mingling with fellow participants.

10:15 AM - 11:45AM:

  • Presentations on the 3 pillars.

11:45 AM - 12:45 PM:   Practical Techniques

  • Split into 2 groups.
  • Round robin and intro to each pillar.

12:45 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch Break

  • Bring a packed lunch or lunch is available in the golf club.

1:30 PM – 3.30 PM: Back into groups for in depth practical round robin

3.30 PM - 4.00 PM: Q&A and Workshop Conclusion

  • Address any questions or concerns from participants.
  • Recap of key takeaways and next steps.

Workshop Highlights:

· Learning how to psychologically focus before, during and after a golf round or practice.

· Learn how to regulate your body and mind on the tee, at home and at work.

· Learn movements and exercises to unfold your physical potential and how to look after your body to prolong your golfing prowess.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable clothing suitable for light physical activity.
  • A water bottle for hydration.
  • A notebook and pen for taking notes.
  • An open mind and a willingness to explore the power of physical optimisation.


At The Human Performance Workshop, we have brought together practitioners who are experts in their field to maximise and optimise your performance in the sport of Golf. Ask questions, rinse and absorb the instructor’s knowledge to unwrap and develop your hidden potential. The instructors are here to give you tools outside golf technique and tactics, so you can make the right decisions on the golf course which will lead to a more fun and fulfilling experience for you.
